Hank (the blues man) Russell, from Salem, IL is the newest member of Shakey Jake, joining in 2008, has been playing guitar since 5, and played his first live performance at 12.  He has played a variety of music thoughout the years, including lead guitar for Killin Time. But his heart has always been in the blues.

Curt Smith from Benton, Illinois. joined "Shakey Jake" in 2000 after playing over 20 years in rock and country bands throughout the area, a stint in Nashville doing some recording work, and later returning to play with local bands including The Gary Jones Band and "Quartermoon".

Brian Kingston, from Johnston City, Illinois has been playing with "Shakey Jake" since 2002, after playing a heavy schedule with local bands in the area, including house drummer at Hurley's Showbar and leader of the local country band " Diamonds and Stones.

Robert Wells, lead vocalists and his brother Randy are from Herrin, Illinois and share a lenghty history with "Shakey Jake". They have been around since the begining and were a major force in the reformation and success of the band. Randy is the sound and light tech.
